Today on our 2001 Buick Park Avenue, well be installing Draw-Tite hitch part number 36245. This is what your hitch will look like on the vehicle. Now, well give you a few measurements to help you when selecting accessories. From the top of the receiver tube to the ground is 11 inches and from the center of the hitch pinhole to the outermost part of the bumper is 7 inches. Now, well go ahead with our install. Well need to remove the exhaust hanger here on the passenger side. more

From the top of the receiver opening down to the ground on this particular vehicle is going to be 12-1/4 inches, and from the center of your pin hitch hole to the outside edge of the bumper is going to be 7-1/4 inches.
